In the second of two conversations about the impact of the SCOTUS ruling on Roe v Wade, State Senator Anna Caballero shares her concerns about the ruling and says that California's focus now needs to be on how our state can be a sanctuary for other women coming from other states for reproductive health care, and to make sure they have the resources and can organize together to change laws in other states.
